Returns and Refunds Policy

At HapppyRolll, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to state the reason, except for legally established exceptions.
To request a return, you must write to:

- Product you wish to return.
- A clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
2. Product return
Once the withdrawal has been communicated, you must return the product without undue delay and, in principle, within 14 calendar days following the communication of your decision.
The product must be returned in conditions that allow for verifying its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The consumer may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functioning.
3. Return costs
When the return is made by customer decision, for example, because they have changed their mind or no longer want the product, the direct costs of return will be borne by the customer, provided they were informed of this beforehand.
4. Refund
When the right of withdrawal is applicable, we will refund the payments received in accordance with applicable regulations.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is agreed upon that does not incur any cost for the consumer.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest, when legally applicable.
5. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us:

In these cases, the corresponding legal guarantee will apply, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
When legally applicable, the costs derived from the repair, replacement, return, or resolution of the problem will not be passed on to the consumer.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases expressly established by current legislation.
